ITC Grand Goa Resort & Spa is set within 45 acres of landscaped gardens with glimmering waterways and lagoons along the pristine Arossim Beach. It offers 246 rooms and suites, an outdoor swimming pool overlooking the Arabian Sea, 6 dining options, 9 personalized indoor and outdoor banqueting facilities and a spa.

The well-appointed rooms and suites look out in to the tropical gardens, the lagoons and water bodies. All rooms and suites feature personal outdoor spaces in the form of a balcony or patio with some rooms also featuring outdoor rain showers and secret gardens.

Perfect place in Goa to relax and rejuvenate
The property is vast, spread over 40+ acres and has easy access to the beach. The rooms are nicely planned and offer good views of the greenery around. Taking a walk around the property was the best experience for us. Kids had a great time at Ollie’s Club, the staff at the club were very interactive and good with the kids. They really kept the kids engaged with activities. The breakfast was a good spread of mixed cuisines and we enjoyed some of the South Indian delicacies. Mr. Ajay and Mr. Rohit from the F&B and their team took good care of us. Indoor Games area has air hockey, table tennis and pool table. We spent some amount of time here. The outdoor games area for kids also was good to keep the kids occupied for sometime. The walk near the beach everyday in the evenings was also a good experience for us. We managed to see a few crabs, starfish and 1 jelly fish. Also rode on a jet ski. True to the quote at the Ollie’s club “let those who visit us as guests leave as friends”, my Kids were sad on the day of check out.
Combination of food in the Asian cuisine needs a relook, we would’ve been happier if you had some better options.

Le check-in, le cadre est beau, végétation.
Trop de pression de la part de certains serveurs que se soit au bar ou au restaurant. Ils sont toujours à vous demander si ça va, si je veux quelque chose d’autre. Ce n’est pas méchant, mais laissez-moi tranquille, je suis en vacances, si j’ai besoin de quelque chose je vous demanderai. Chaque fois que je rentrais dans ma chambre la climatisation était à fond, la chambre était glaciale, un frigo. J’en ai parlé à la personne qui s’occupait de nettoyer ma chambre, il m’a dit qu’il allait faire le nécessaire mais rien n’a été fait. Impossible d’aller boire un verre dans le bar de la piscine à l’intérieur. C’est un frigo complètement glacial la climatisation doit être au maximum on ne peut même pas voir à l’extérieur à cause de la condensation les vitres sont pleines de buée. Je pense qu’il y a un problème de hygiène dans la salle de fitness. En effet après avoir utilisé un appareil, il n’y a aucun matériel pour désinfecter l’appareil utilisé. Et la personne sur place, elle non plus ne désinfecte pas les appareils dès qu’ils ont été utilisés.
